MANUAL MODEL
The Manual model of ELECTROMIZER
is a Fully Manually Operated version consisting of
the following:
-
Isolators (in the form of SFU / MCB / MCCB
or plain Kit-Kat fuses) at the input and / or output for
switching load `ON’ or `OFF’ as also to isolate load as and
when required for the purpose of maintenance.

Monitoring / Indicating devices like Phase
Indicating LEDs, Voltmeter , Ammeter, KWH Meter, KW Meter,
Frequency Meter, and / or any other
-
Manually operated Tap Changer and Bypass
switches
-
Terminations and other connections at
bus-bars / connectors etc
Generally the ELECTROMIZER panel is made out of
14 /16 gauge CRCA sheets duly powder coated for long life and
corrosion resistance. The workmanship is of the highest quality
with all internal cabling done to meet or exceed accepted
standards in terms of bunching, glanding, lugging,
ferruling, channeling, insulating and bolting / termination.
Similarly, only the best brands of switchgear / cables like L &
T, Siemens, GE-Alstom, Asian, Switchon,
Polycab, Finolex, Automatic Electric, Meco, Enercon, etc.
Special attention is also paid to incorporation of safety norms
as defined in relevant standards.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In all our models, while the basic heart of the equipment
remains the same viz. the ELECTROMIZER reactance coils, all other components of switchgear, safety,
operation and monitoring are add-ons depending on every
customer’s specific requirements. As a matter of policy, we
do not make an offer before fully understanding the
customer’s requirements in detail.
SEMI AUTOMATIC / FULLY AUTOMATIC MODEL
This version of ELECTROMIZER features a selection of different
types of timer devices – depending on the customer’s specific
needs, in addition to OR in lieu of
standard controlling switchgear and other monitoring /
indicating devices listed in the Manual model.
Thus, in this model, we
provide contactors
instead of manually operated switches
or even a combination thereof, again depending
on the customer’s requirements.
Panel `ON’ and `OFF’ as well as the `BYPASS’ (i.e. Normal) and `SAVING MODE’ operations
can be effected
AUTOMATICALLY with the help of user programmable
timers (electronic / manual).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In all our models, while the basic heart of the equipment

operation and monitoring are add-ons depending on every

INTELLIGENT MODEL
While, here too, the basic heart of the equipment – namely the
ELECTROMIZER reactance coils – remains the
same, this version features our own proprietary,
microprocessor based MONITOR-CUM-CONTROLLER brand
named SUPER MONTROLLER.
This is a unique device with
extremely flexible capabilities of user-programmable control
actions in the ELECTROMIZER panel. (For
features of
SUPER MONTROLLER, see section titled
INTELLIGENT COMMUNICATOR)
Aside of intelligent
controlling action, the SUPER MONTROLLER is
also capable of monitoring the load parameters and storing
data at
user definable intervals within its memory
bank. This data can later be downloaded onto a lap-top or a
PALM device for further presentation and analysis.
Most other switchgear items
remain identical to the AUTO MODELS.
Since the SUPER MONTROLLER itself monitors
all electrical parameters like voltage, current, power
factor, Active and reactive power, Energy etc., all meters
found in the auto and manual models are dispensed with.
