INFORMATION
Generally the ELECTROMIZER is supplied to the end user in
the form of a panel complete with standard switchgear items
like Switch Fuse Unit / MCCB / MCB at the input, Ammeter
with ASS, Voltmeter with VSS, LEDs for phase indication, Tap
selector switch, By-pass Switch and any other switchgear -
specially required by the customer - like MCB, MCCB, SFU at
output, Automatic tap selection feature, KWH meter (analogue
or electronic type), timer, ventilation fan/s etc.. The
panel is normally fabricated out of 14 /16 gauge CRCA sheets
duly powder coated for long life and corrosion resistance.
The workmanship is of the highest quality with all internal
cabling done to meet or exceed accepted standards in terms
of bunching, glanding, lugging, ferruling, channeling,
insulating and bolting / termination. Similarly, only the
best brands of switchgear / cables like L & T, Siemens, GE-Alstom,
Asian, Switchon, Polycab, Finolex, Automatic Electric, Meco,
Enercon, etc. are used by us. Special attention is also paid
to incorporation of safety norms as defined in relevant
standards.
We are glad to mention here, that ours is an organization
that is always striving for continuous technological
improvement in our product. Hence, keeping in tune with
time, we have developed a highly sophisticated model of
ELECTROMIZER called the Intelligent model. This model
employs our proprietory electronic microprocessor based
monitor cum controller `SUPER MONTROLLER – MARK IV’ which
features automatic ON & OFF, automatic tap changing and
bypass, automatic monitoring of electrical parameters (like
voltage, current, power factor, KW and KWH) of the load
being fed by the ELECTROMIZER with data download facility
and analysis software for PC. A very useful feature of the
MONTROLLER is the indication of SAVED KWH (SKWH). Panels
equipped with the SUPER MONTROLLER – MARK IV do not have a
separate Voltmeter or Ammeter or LEDs for phase indication
since all these are provided in the SUPER MONTROLLER.
The ELECTROMIZER is a fit and forget type virtually
maintenance free equipment and does not require any special
attention except routine servicing / cleaning etc. |
